Classic Bedroom
A grand master bedroom with an antique wheat post bed makes this space more and more enchanting...
I'm sure I don't have to point out what the focal point of this room could be but for the sake of consistency the four post wheat bed is making a statement that only has to be "said" once. It was a treasured antique given to this dear client and she wanted to incorporate it in her bedroom refresh and I was so happy to be working with such a pretty piece. We paired it with an end-of-bed bench from Nadeau of Homewood, AL and two pairs of armchairs she already had.
The curtains are next on my list of favorite features of this open and airy bedroom. With a Greek key trim, the decor screams elegance to the top of its lungs! My client wanted to keep as much natural light in while putting a few decorative touches on the windows and we achieved the perfect balance.
Another pretty accessory are the three framed feathers above the bed purchased at Scott's Antique Market of Atlanta, Ga. They unmistakably give a light feminine feel to this delicate, soft space.
